Apsara Spa is a luxurious, black- and female-owned day spa located in the Eastown neighborhood of Grand Rapids. Our founder Femé Naigow has curated a space that’s safe, inclusive, elevated and completely designed around your relaxation — however you identify. Whether you live down the street or found us while passing through town, we’d love to see you come through our doors.

Meet Femé

For more than 20 years, Femé Naigow has been a celebrated esthetician and makeup artist, recognized across the beauty industry through global brands like Decléor, Estée Lauder and Lancôme. As owner of Apsara Spa, Femé has poured her experience and dedication into building strong local ties with her loyal clientele in Grand Rapids, and is a respected and active member of the local business community.

Delaney

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Delaney is a licensed massage therapist of 2.5 years. She graduated from Blue Heron Academy in September of 2022. She specializes in tension headache relief, therapeutic massage, & deep tissue techniques. Her favorite modalities are cupping & hot stones. Outside of massage, Delaney loves to travel, spend time with friends & her two cats. She is well versed in herbalism, & has a passion for nutrition as well.

NAIL TECHNICIAN

Crystal started her career as a nail technician over 19 years ago, & has been with Apsara Spa since the day we officially opened for business! She is a favorite amongst her clientele for her attention to detail & welcoming personality. Crystal loves her dogs, going out to eat, biking & spending time with her family.

Jessica has been working as a massage therapist for over 10 years & has certifications in several techniques including prenatal, oncology, infant & reflexology massage & more. Away from the spa, Jessica is mother to two girls and enjoys spending time with family & friends!

ESTHETICIAN

Unity is a Jack-of-all-trades here at Apsara Spa. With her close attention to detail, she makes an amazing lash artist & nail technician! She also loves performing facial treatments & educating her clients about skin care. Unity is very dedicated to her work, however, she also has a love for hiking, reading & watching the sun rise.

ESTHETICIAN

Sam has been with Apsara Spa for over 8 years & is truly a favorite amongst our client’s! Specializing in waxing and chemical peels, Sam is the queen of top to bottom hair removal & anti-aging techniques! Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending afternoons with her beloved cat, quality time with her friends, perusing local greenhouses, antiquing & reading.

Morgan

ESTHETICIAN / ASSISTANT SPA MANAGER

Morgan’s love for the self care industry began in 2017 & she has been with Apsara Spa since the summer of 2018! Prior to her career as an Esthetician, Morgan spent 3 years studying graphic design & still incorporates her creative eye into Apsara Spa’s social media accounts & promotional emails. Outside of the spa, she enjoys being home with her 3 cats, going for walks & watching true crime documentaries.

Everything went very smoothly and both of our ladies were great. We were able to relax and I think we both fell asleep for a minute! Oops! It was nice to have a couple of extra towels available at the end to wipe off any excess, but there wasn't a lot. If you like deep tissue massages, this might leave you wanting more, but it is nice that everything is gone over twice.

Hands down, the best and highest quality spa in West Michigan. Everything is clean from the treatments to the products they use. And you won't find any of that plastic-covered massage chair pedicure station nonsense here. The entire experience from start to finish will make you feel luxe.
